Project Management.
The success of all projects depend on various facets not least of all Communication. Our engineers and project managers are available to meet and discuss project management needs and requirements from inception to completion.
Pre-launch and production planning now accounts for a significant aspect of our activity and allows us to ensure deadlines are achieved or improved.
Our lined pipe division in IML Roscar Ltd is available for all discussions on site requirements, specifications or scheduling.

Isometric take off arrangements.
Our engineers will be pleased to assist with the interpretation of isometrics and offer suggestions so as to improve layouts and configurations. Fully trained and conversant on all aspects of the Crane Resistoflex lined pipe and fittings product range, this service will enhance any project or maintenance activity.
Production scheduling.
We can be contacted directly and will respond to all requests for priority manufacture or shipping. Being at the customer's disposal for all aspects of production scheduling means that ultimately client needs are foremost.
Spool manufacture.
Our facility can manufacture custom length spools up to 6 metre in size 1" through 4". Typical turnaround times are 24 hours to site and as always we are at your disposal for any special requirements or urgent needs.
On site management.
An aspect of project business which has seen great interest in recent years. We can provide personnel for on site activity to ensure that controls are maintained in the receipt, handling and issue of PTFE lined pipe and fittings to your mechanical contractor.
In-house activity .
Engineers in our production department are fully conversant with the entire Induchem product range as it applies to valves, actuators, switchboxes and other ancillary equipment.
We can configure packages to your specific needs and all packages are tested in house under our own documented ISO 9000 procedures.
Test certificates are available for all equipment assembled in house.
Site Servicing
We offer trained service engineers as available for site work particularly as it applies to supplied product or related areas. Specialising in General Service Applications, Hygienic Applications as well as the more aggressive Powder Handling valve applications, we can identify problem areas, establish maintenance procedures and protocols, and generally assist in getting the maximum performance from all installed product.
Our engineers and production personnel are pleased to put all of their experience at your disposal for any engineering or related problems. "Ask the experts" is a comment often thrown loosely around, but when it comes to your plant and the successful and safe operation of the equipment contained within it - there can be no room for complacency, second best is not an option.
